Structured recovery for every stage.
From the day after surgery through your recovery, each Baseline service runs on the same approach: a clinician you can reach, scheduled check-in points, and clear reviews documented along the way. Timeframes vary based on individual assessment. Recovery, supervised.

Scheduled recovery reviews
Your recovery reviewed at clear check-in points across the weeks, so your questions reach a clinician.
Australia-wide telehealth
Recovery monitoring by video and phone, wherever you are in Australia.
Surgeon liaison handled
With your consent, we coordinate reports and updates with your surgeon and GP, so you do not have to chase.
Documented reviews
Your check-in points are recorded, so your recovery is clearly tracked between appointments.

Choosing a Service
If you are pre- or post-op for cosmetic or elective surgery, start with Surgery Recovery. For ongoing scar concerns, Scarring & Fibrosis. For injury recovery with structured check-in points, Injury Recovery. If you are recovering far from regular review or after overseas surgery, Telehealth Monitoring. Not sure which fits? Check your eligibility and we can talk it through.
Yes. Services can overlap. For example, Surgery Recovery into Scarring & Fibrosis, or Injury Recovery with Telehealth Monitoring once you are back at home. Your plan is sequenced so the stages stay connected.
Engagement & Pricing
It depends on your procedure and how your recovery progresses. We set this out with you at your first consultation, rather than fixing an arbitrary length of time. Timeframes vary based on individual assessment.
No referral is needed to start. You can book your initial consultation directly. We coordinate with your existing surgeon, GP and other treating doctors from that point on, with your consent.
Get Started
Your recovery deserves a medical process.
Book your initial consultation. You leave with a clear recovery plan and one clinician guiding the weeks ahead.
Baseline Medical supplements your in-person surgical and medical care. It does not replace your surgeon, GP, or emergency services. If you have severe pain, high fever, heavy bleeding, breathing difficulty, or signs of a serious complication, call 000 or go to your nearest emergency department. Recovery timeframes and outcomes vary based on your individual circumstances. Monitoring does not guarantee a particular outcome.
